I was really disappointed when I arrived and found all dining options closed due to a public holiday. After a long day of travel, a 5-star hotel should ensure guests have food available, but instead, I was left hungry and frustrated.

Best possible location for Kanazawa, adjacent to the train station and bus stops, the shopping mall, and all the main tourist attractions. Also, to the main areas.

The location was best possible and perfectly comfortable for traveling around Kanazawa, near bus stops, many shops, and the train station and bus stops. It also was to the main areas.
There was pool missing.

the family room was large and fashionable, perfect for my needs. tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator were a plus. location: the hotel was close to main train station, and the castle and the garden.
Cannot find any fault.

can't wait to come back
The location is super convenient, just steps from the train station. The King Room was spacious and comfy, with a private bathroom, bathrobe, and spa bath. Great to unwind after a day of exploring. Staff spoke English well and were super helpful. Breakfast had tasty options and comfy seating areas.

The front desk's location is a bit confusing, and it took some time to find.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The room was beautifully designed and the staff were very friendly. My only downside was the dining-you need reservations for the restaurant!

great stay, but some minor room issues
The room was much larger than expected and very well presented! The rooftop bar provided an excellent setting for evening drinks with a fantastic view.

The central location near the train station made getting around easy, while the rooftop bar offered excellent drinks served by attentive staff. The concept of hangers for clothes instead of wardrobes added a unique touch to the spacious room. The food was excellent, particularly the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew. The absence of traditional wardrobes might be an adjustment for some, and the sliding bathroom walls could be awkward for privacy at times.
